At 148 Great Charles Street a new five year letting has been completed on the 5th floor with Marston Holdings, the UKโ€™s largest judicial services company. The 5th floor was one of the floors recently upgraded to a Cat A specification as part of Ergoโ€™s extensive refurbishment programme since the building was purchased in 2019.
