At 148 Great Charles Street a new five year letting has been completed on the 5th floor with Marston Holdings, the UK’s largest judicial services company. The 5th floor was one of the floors recently upgraded to a Cat A specification as part of Ergo’s extensive refurbishment programme since the building was purchased in 2019.
