This is evident in our acquisition and development plans, with all of the portfolio targeting the best in class accreditations where possible. For every project, Ergo minimises transport during construction and materials are locally sourced. We ensure bike facilities and electrical vehicle charging points are planned into developments.
Two Brindley offers 90,000 sq ft of green, efficient workspace in the centre of Birmingham and is one of the most energy efficient buildings in the country, fully refurbished to elevated standards with a new reception, two roof terraces on the new 7th floor and tons of amenities.
The team at Ergo have been involved in charitable fundraising activities over the last 10 years which have raised over £2 million. Ergo are also founding members of The Breeze Club which raises funds for a number of small charities on an annual basis
