Designed by Make Architects and centred around an acre of public realm incorporating the original remains of London Wall and the Priory Entrance. Building 1 pre-leased in its entirety to Schroders (300,000 sq. ft.). Building 2. 50,000 sq. ft. pre-leased to Cleary Gottlieb. Developed under a long lease from the City Corporation. Completed in 2017.
